Returns, Refund and Warranty Policy

At Tracker, we want our customers to be happy! We’re known to go out of our way to help when we can, so if you ever have an issue, just reach out—we’ll always do our best to make things right.

Returns

We offer a return window of 7 days. Returns must be approved in writing before sending anything back. If items are sent without approval, they will be returned to the buyer at their expense.

The Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless agreed otherwise. Goods must have a paid freight fee before they are returned. If goods are returned without consent, we will hold them until the freight fees are paid. If a buyer rejects delivery, additional charges may apply per the courier’s resending fees.

Please note:

  • Wheels or rims that have been fitted with tyres are not eligible for return.

  • Wheels can only be returned if they are in their original packaging.

  • Tyres that have been mounted onto wheels cannot be returned.

  • Customer-cancelled orders are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

  • If wheels have been used, a reduced refund may be offered (if a return is approved). In such cases, the buyer must cover shipping costs and ensure the wheels are well-packaged to avoid damage during transit.

  • Modified wheels (painted, drilled, or otherwise altered) are not eligible for return or exchange.

Warranty

Our warranties are designed to give you peace of mind, but let’s keep it real—these products still need a little love and care! Here’s the breakdown:

  • Multi-Tyre Inflators: 5-Year Warranty

  • Automatic Tyre Inflators & Air Compressors: 12-Month Warranty

Since the automatic inflators and air compressors are electronic goods with moving parts inside, they need to be treated well. The warranty does not cover water, dirt, or dust damage—so no testing them underwater or filling them with sand! But hey, we understand that life happens, and we often cover things outside of warranty on a case-by-case basis, at our discretion.
