 Return and Refund Policy

There is a return window of 7 days. Goods cannot be returned without the prior written approval of the Seller. If items are sent back without such approval, they will be returned to the buyer at their expense.

Any expenses related to the return of wheels, tyres, or accessories are the responsibility of the Buyer unless a different agreement has been made with the Seller. Goods must have a paid freight fee before they are returned. If goods are returned without the Seller's consent, the Seller will retain the items without further action until the freight fees have been paid. Any goods rejected by the buyer from the courier may be subject to additional delivery charges according to the courier's resending fees.


Please note that wheels or rims that have been fitted with tyres are not eligible for return. Similarly, wheels can only be returned if they are in their original packaging, and tyres that have been mounted onto wheels cannot be returned.
For any customer-cancelled orders, a restocking fee of 25% applies. If the wheels have been used, they cannot be refunded as new. A reduced refund amount may be offered if a refund is agreed upon. In such cases, the customer must pay for shipping costs upfront and ensure the wheels are appropriately packaged to prevent any damage during transit.


Any wheels that have been altered, such as through painting or other modifications, will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
