  1. Interpretation: In these Terms and Conditions, "Seller" means Tracker Industries, "Buyer" refers to the individual or organization placing an order with the Seller for the purchase of goods, "Goods" means all goods, merchandise, and services supplied by the Seller, and "Conditions" refers to these Terms and Conditions of sale.

  2. Use of Our Website: The Tracker Industries website is for your personal and non-commercial use only.

Product Compliance and Legality of Modifications: Unless explicitly stated, all products sold by Tracker Industries, including our range of steel wheels, are primarily intended for off-road use only. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the purchased products meet the Australian Design Rules (ADRs) and are suitable for their specific vehicle. The rules and regulations for light road and off-road vehicle modifications vary from state to state. Customers are strongly advised to research and understand these regulations in their local jurisdiction prior to making any modifications to their vehicles. Adherence to these rules is not only a legal obligation but also vital for ensuring your safety and the safety of others on the road.
  2. Payment: Payment must be made at the time of purchase and can be made by credit or debit card, or any other payment method listed on our website.
  3. Shipping: Delivery will be made to the address specified in your order. Although we aim to deliver all items within the timeframes stated on our website, Tracker Industries cannot be held responsible for any delays in delivery caused by our supply chain or any other third-party factors.
  4. Returns and Cancellation Policy: There is a return window of 7 days. Goods cannot be returned without the prior written approval of the Seller. If items are sent back without such approval, they will be returned to the buyer at their expense.
    1. Any expenses related to the return of wheels, tyres, or accessories are the responsibility of the Buyer unless a different agreement has been made with the Seller. Goods must have a paid freight fee before they are returned. If goods are returned without the Seller's consent, the Seller will retain the items without further action until the freight fees have been paid. Any goods rejected by the buyer from the courier may be subject to additional delivery charges according to the courier's resending fees.
    2. Please note that wheels or rims that have been fitted with tyres are not eligible for return. Similarly, wheels can only be returned if they are in their original packaging, and tyres that have been mounted onto wheels cannot be returned.
    3. For any customer-cancelled orders, a restocking fee of 25% applies. If the wheels have been used, they cannot be refunded as new. A reduced refund amount may be offered if a refund is agreed upon. In such cases, the customer must pay for shipping costs upfront and ensure the wheels are appropriately packaged to prevent any damage during transit.
    4. Any wheels that have been altered, such as through painting or other modifications, will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

  5. Intellectual Property: All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, photographs, audio and video clips, data compilations and software is the property of Tracker Industries.

  6. Point of Delivery and Passing Risk: Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the Buyer shall take delivery of the goods at their nominated delivery address. The risk in respect of the goods shall pass to the Buyer upon delivery.

  7. Title: Property in the goods remains with the Seller until full payment is received. If goods are sold by the Buyer before full payment is made, such sale is made by the Buyer as bailee for and on behalf of the Seller.

  8. Wheel Appearance: All images displayed on this website are for illustration purposes only. Actual products may vary slightly in terms of color, bolt pattern, dish or lip width, concave angle/depth, etc.

  9. Privacy: Your privacy is extremely important to us. Our Privacy Policy, which is available on our website, provides detailed information about how we handle your personal information and protect your privacy when you use our website.

  10. Limitation of Liability: Tracker Industries is not liable for any form of loss or damage, including but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.

  11. Changes to the Terms and Conditions: Tracker Industries reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Please review them frequently as changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website.

  12. Alteration of Conditions: These Conditions shall apply to all orders placed by the Buyer with the Seller, to the exclusion of all other terms
