4WD Smart Digital Tyre Deflator – Twin Pack
Pre-order now: new stock arrives mid October and ships within 24 hours of landing.
Two for $179 – that's $89.50 each, $19 less than buying two singles. Run one on each side of the vehicle and you're aired down in half the time.
One accurate deflator beats four that guess.
You've seen the 4-packs of mechanical tyre deflators – set them all, clip them on, deflate all four tyres at once. Sounds great until you realise each one runs on its own spring, its own calibration, and gives you no way to know if they're actually accurate. So you end up pulling out a separate gauge to check each tyre anyway.
Australia's first smart automatic tyre deflator.
This isn't another spring-loaded deflator. It's a fully digital tyre deflator with precision sensors, an LCD screen and automatic shutoff. Set your target pressure, clip it onto the valve and walk away. When it hits your set PSI it stops and beeps. No watching, no waiting, no second-guessing.
Why 4WD owners are switching to smart tyre deflators
Mechanical deflators use springs to regulate pressure. Springs wear out, lose tension and drift over time – so the "18 PSI" you set last month might be 15 or 21 today. You won't know until you check with a gauge. And with a 4-pack, you're trusting four separate springs to all be equally accurate. They're not.
Our digital tyre deflator uses electronic pressure sensors for ±1 PSI accuracy every time. The pressure shows live on the LCD screen, so you can see exactly what's happening. When it reaches your target, it stops and sounds an alert. Done.
Key features
- Automatic shutoff with audible alert – Set your pressure (10–50 PSI), attach it to the tyre valve and walk away. It stops at your target and beeps when it's done.
- ±1 PSI digital accuracy – Electronic sensors don't drift or wear out like mechanical springs. Accurate out of the box, accurate years later.
- Built-in digital tyre pressure gauge – Shows real-time pressure from 0–100 PSI. Use it as your everyday tyre gauge.
- Fast deflation – Standard tyres go from 30 to 15 PSI in about 35 seconds. 35-inch off-road tyres take around 2 minutes.
- Compact and lightweight – Just 83.5g and 94mm long. Fits in your pocket, glovebox or recovery kit. Storage pouch included.
- USB-C rechargeable – No batteries to replace. One charge gives about 200 deflation cycles.
- 12-month warranty – Backed by us here in Australia.
Mechanical vs smart tyre deflator
| Mechanical deflators | Tracker Smart Tyre Deflator | |
|---|---|---|
| Accuracy | ±3–5 PSI (degrades over time) | ±1 PSI (consistent) |
| Display | None | LCD with live pressure reading |
| Auto shutoff | Spring-based (inconsistent) | Electronic (precise), beeps when done |
| Built-in gauge | No | Yes (0–100 PSI) |
| Power source | None (mechanical) | USB-C rechargeable |
| Calibration needed | Yes (drifts over time) | No |
How to use it
- Turn it on and set your target pressure with the buttons on the display.
- Attach the deflator to your tyre valve stem.
- Walk away – it releases air automatically.
- It stops and beeps when it reaches your pressure.
- Remove it and move to the next tyre.
With the twin pack you do two tyres at a time. Each tyre takes under 2 minutes, and you know every tyre is at exactly the pressure you want. No more checking and rechecking with a separate gauge. No more "that one feels a bit low."

FAQ
Does it pump tyres back up?
No, it's a deflator. Use your compressor to air back up, and use the built-in gauge to check your pressures. If you want one tool that does both, see our Smart Automatic Tyre Deflator & Inflator.
Why two instead of four?
Two accurate deflators let you do both tyres on one side, then the other, in a few minutes. You get exact pressures on every tyre without four springs that each read differently.
How long does the battery last?
About 200 deflation cycles per charge – that's roughly 50 full air-downs of a 4WD. Recharge with any USB-C cable.
